Hi, I’m Emily — the founder of The Follow Up Firm. With over 18 years of experience in dispatch, customer service, and virtual support, I’ve built a career helping others stay organized, responsive, and focused on what matters most. I’m passionate about turning chaos into clarity and helping small business owners reclaim their time and peace of mind.
Beyond the business, I’m a proud wife to my supportive husband, Dane, and a loving mom to two amazing teenage daughters who keep me laughing, learning, and on my toes. Our home is never short on love (or energy), thanks to our two spirited mini dachshund puppies who are always up for cuddles or chaos.
When I’m not helping clients or wrangling dogs, I enjoy cooking comfort meals, binge-watching legal dramas, and finding new ways to stay inspired. My business is an extension of who I am — detail-oriented, empathetic, efficient, and always ready to follow up so you don’t have to.

We help with appointment setting as well as re-engaging old clients or prospects. We also can do client retention calls, and provide answering/screening services.
